Residential Services Policies

All residential services have a non-refundable service call fee. This covers our time and travel to come give a customized quote for your services. Once you schedule a time/date for touring and accept the pending quote this fee is non-refundable. All remaining balances will be paid in person via credit/debit, apple pay, and cash. No checks (personal or business), and no money orders.
